We are looking for a certified and experienced nanny to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in childcare and specialized experience working with children with special needs.
Responsibilities
- Provide attentive and compassionate care for children, ensuring safety and well-being at all times
- Assist with daily routines, including meals, personal care, and recreational activities
- Support children’s development through structured activities, play, and educational engagement
- Manage behavioral needs and apply strategies suited to the child’s specific requirements
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding the child’s progress, daily activities, and any concerns
- Maintain a safe and clean environment
Qualifications
- Certified nanny or equivalent childcare certification
- Minimum of [X years] of childcare experience, including direct experience with special needs children
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Knowledge of child development and special needs care practices
- Excellent communication, patience, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and follow routines set by parents
