Job Description:
ApexShine Cleaning Inc. is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Home Landscaper to join our growing team. This role involves maintaining and improving residential outdoor spaces, ensuring properties are clean, safe, and visually appealing.
Responsibilities:
- Lawn mowing, trimming, and edging
- Garden maintenance including weeding, planting, and pruning
- Seasonal cleanups (spring/fall)
- Leaf removal and debris clearing
- Basic landscaping tasks (mulching, soil placement, minor installations)
- Ensuring all tools and equipment are properly maintained
- Following job checklists and completing tasks efficiently
- Communicating with team members and reporting any issues on-site
Requirements:
- Previous landscaping or outdoor maintenance experience preferred
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail
- Physically capable of lifting and performing manual labor
- Reliable transportation is an asset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
